Is full payment required upfront? - Certainly not. Any automobile acquiring service worth its salt will never ask you for full payment upfront. If they do, beware. We at Trini Garage aim to simplify the purchase process, whilst reducing any adverse risk to you.

If interested in purchasing a vehicle via the auction or listed at our website which is In Transit, Japanese or Singapore Stock, SAVE TIME by adding a vehicle to your Garage and 'checkout' by filling the brief Inquiry form to schedule an appointment at our office. We require a deposit of 50% of the cost price down, 25% of the cost price two weeks before the vehicle lands at Trinidad port and the final 25% payment is due upon receiving your vehicle at our office.

DELIVERY TIME PERIOD (By Order/ In Transit Vehicles)

Unlike some firms, misleading customers is not one of our traits to attract sales. Orders usually take 8-14 weeks from deposit to delivery in hand. Any circumstance of delay is simply out of our control however your vehicle still arrives within a considerable time frame. The estimated time frame covers the following:

• Booking to the next available vessel
• Sailing time (Ocean Transit)
• Clearance from Trinidad port
• Vehicle Detailing: Mechanical servicing, tinting, buff/polish
• Registration at the licensing department

If a vehicle is already shipped and in transit, the delivery time will be less. We in no way wish to delay the delivery of vehicles hence we do not collect 100% payment upfront so customers can rest assured we will like to deliver vehicles in the fastest time possible.

TRACKING YOUR VEHICLE

A 'Bill of Laden' is provided for ALL vehicles loaded to a vessel and is evident of your vehicle being shipped. Using this document you can track the location of the vessel via MARINE TRAFFIC. You can also contact the local shipping line in Trinidad for further confirmation.

We provide a 100% money-back guarantee for ANY vehicle ordered that is in transit whether purchasing Out of Pocket or through a Financial Institution. So, even though you made a deposit, the transaction is not complete. When the vehicle is cleared from Trinidad port, you are required to visit our office, inspect/test drive the vehicle and ensure you are fully satisfied before proceeding with finalizing the transaction.
